About the school
I am Sandra Boatman.
I have been qualified as a Dance Teacher since 1980, teaching since then, and have run my own school since 1987.
My qualifications are with the International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA) and I am a retired examiner.
I opened Simply Dance in Norfolk in 1994 when I moved here, and I now offer classes and lessons 4 nights a week.
I have been so lucky throughout my dancing career to have had the best teachers and training, and I know what joy dancing can give people, beyond the physical benefits.
After 46 years of teaching (I started young!), I continue to feel the same love.
I keep running the school so that I can bring that pleasure to as many people as possible.
The gift of dancing just keeps on giving - new friends, new confidence, better health, new skills....
My aim is to provide a warm, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere in class, so that you can learn easily and have fun while doing so.
Classes cater for all levels, to enable you to choose the type of class you will most benefit from.
And if I can't help you, I will recommend to you someone who can.
